He's been extremely responsive over email and text, and he's gone above and beyond to check in with us, let us know where we are in the process and what tasks have yet to be completed. He was also available at a moment's notice to set up showings. Even after our closing, we'll continue to stay in touch with him with any questions we might have and he's also made a commitment to keep us posted about important dates like when we should apply for tax exemptions, etc. And he's been really helpful in keeping track of deadlines, and checking in for us with the lender, title company, and all the other people that need to stay informed.
UPDATE: Two years later, after moving to a new city, we decided to sell the house, and once again Jason was a wonderful agent to work with. Super responsive, available on weekends, even checked out some potential concerns with plumbing that came up unexpectedly one Saturday afternoon -- all in the middle of a pandemic. We ended up selling for more than asking price. Couldn't ask for a better agent!!
